These fees will continue to be deducted until your balance reaches zero or you reactivate your Account by logging in and placing a wager. Any remaining balance after 24 months of inactivity may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law. You may request reactivation of a dormant Account at any time by contacting our support team.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: fraudulent registration or use of false identity; money laundering or use of the platform to facilitate illegal financial activity; creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bonuses; using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate games; colluding with other players to exploit bonuses or manipulate outcomes; using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your location or bypass geographic restrictions; attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts; or engaging in any other conduct that violates applicable law or these terms. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

Mostbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform. Upon suspension or closure, all funds in your Account may be forfeited if a violation has occurred. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mostbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
